This is what the area looks like after the nor-Easter we had last week. Also this past summer our grass was not cut on 3 different occasions. I would think if the grass needed cut at Waters Edge that ours would of been cut as well.
Tried to contact Mann Properties, Curtis 2 times and left messages and no return calls. I am uploading some pictures of Waters Edge on how there development looks. (Like night and day)
